We’re developing memberships for individual riders and riding businesses. The current package vision includes Rider Starter, Rider Pro and Business Pro, with details and final prices to be confirmed before signup opens.

Monthly or annual. Your choice.

Memberships will use recurring monthly or annual billing. Eligible first-time members will receive two calendar months free after verified subscription authorisation. There will be no collection during that trial. Before you authorise a subscription, you will see the amount, billing frequency, trial expiry, first collection date and cancellation conditions.

Ozow Recurring Subscription — available for supported banks

Ozow recurring payments require merchant approval, an enabled supported payment rail and your approval of the recurring mandate. The currently documented rail is Capitec Pay. Support for a bank’s once-off Ozow payments does not mean recurring payments are supported for that bank.

Manual debit orders remain an alternative. Their mandate and administrative review process will be explained when membership registration opens. No mandate or payment is being requested on this site.

Clear controls from the start.

The planned member dashboard will show your package, billing cycle, provider, authorisation state, next billing date and amount, verified payment history and cancellation controls. A pending authorisation will never be presented as a completed payment. You will be able to cancel before the first collection, subject to the subscription conditions shown during signup.

Optional buyer protection and seller payouts will have separate workflows. A membership payment will not be presented as a purchase payment or a payout balance.
